phcom's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

When material changes are made, phcom will provide notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of phcom's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
